The workers are waiting for the concrete to begin pouring out of the big tube. This is the Mezzanine level. At this point the roof was finished.

From what will be the Mezzanine Lobby, I could look down three stories to the concrete truck below. A huge arm held a tube that pumped concrete onto the roof. (No barrricade again!! I'm thinking I really must not have an issue with heights.)
